if you know anyone that can take the dog on, call them asap, that dog does not deserve owners who cant look after him and his welfare.

We had one of those in our neighborhood for a while. Oliver was well known on the block, he was old and a little senile. I've had people knock on my door telling me my dog is out. I'm like, that's not my dog... He passed a year or two ago from age, sweet old man!

the owners need to be confronted, but tbh, it’s not even ur job or responsibility to have to do that. you’ve done alot for them already. just call animal control on them.
