I Am Agnostic

I actually don't know exactly what I am. My feelings about god(s) are complicated. I don't see much proof, but I do see it too. I sometimes see things and think "there's no way that was a coincidence". But, I also think that there is no way there could be (a) god(s), because where would they be, and what would their life/lives actually be like, and where did they come from.

But, I think that if there is god(s), I think there would be multiple, because even one god couldn't have done all that.

Plus, I have other various religious theories. I don't say beliefs because I think they're the most likely, but not actually sure. This also complicates things further.

I just want to find a religion that I fit into and can call myself, but can't. I know labels never really work perfectly, but it would just be so nice to know what to call myself.

I believe in Christianity because when I sold my soul to the devil after dabbling in witchcraft It was Christ who redeemed me.,...After being born again as a living sacrifice God started inspiring actual movies and commercials about my life thus proving that I was the light of the world and showing us that God is actually watching over us and that Christ takes away the sins of the world. After years of working out my salvation God finally allowed me to face my world and that's when I started hearing angels singing holy holy holy and hallelujah! Now I am kind of a saint but I still sin.

Well the unfortunate thing is that religion was created by man to control man. Religion convinces people that they are sick, orders them to be well, then sells them a cure. Spirituality is a one on one connection on a deeper level with God or "Source Point".

I was taught that in the beginnings of them religion was created to bring the spiritual experience to mankind from truly enlightened Masters. All religions the world over were this way in their beginnings but of course that changed with the times, and the various human dramas that have played out over the eons. This isn't meant to contradict your post in any way but add to it helpfully. Take it or leave it. :)

No it's cool. I was raised Christian but as I got older I started doing a little research as well as a lot of soul searching and my opinions have changed greatly. I completely believe in God but not in the same light as I used to. Because of miracles in my life I can say with confidence that God is real. Now a days Religion has become a huge business and more like a cult than what it was meant to be.

I don't know. I don't need to know.

I think we want 'it would be nice' because it's easier than defending our simple conclusion that 'we don't buy it.'
