They tried making me blow into one of those once 🤷 I told them I wanted to talk to my lawyer first then they walked away to talk it over, came back & told me I'm free to go lol

@ChiefWalksWith40oz In America a driver can refuse the breathalyzer and blood test but it will result in a big penalty.

Breathalyzers must be calibrated by a trained technician and their accuracy varies depending of how often or how seldom they are used. If you ever get a ticket because of one be sure to question it's calibration frequency and how often it has been used.
