My dad said his littlest child is probably going to be the most successful kid out of all of us

Ugh, there you go with your expectations again. You're gonna break your own heart again lol

Is that what dads are like? Always expecting. I could have used some of that. Not because I could I ever reach those expectations, but for the simple fact of someone wanting something of me. That’s nice. Even if you end up disappointing them.

@SailorMarz I talk to someone too who always tells me about all the ways I mess up. He also only has negative things to say. That person’s in my head though. I had to make him up because weirdly enough, we need those things from people. Opposition of any kind helps you overcome which makes you a better person. It’s valuable, but only as long as you don’t lose to it. It sounds like you didn’t let your dad decide your worth. So I’m very proud of you and think you became a wonderful person. ♥️

@SailorMarz I try to be! It just made me so sad to think about hard things must have been for you. To have all these feelings you can’t help and to have those you love putting you down for it. That’s enough to seriously mess anyone up. Yet here you are being awesome? Like what? I find that motivating.
my dad doesn’t say that out loud but i know he be thinking it

But you're already awesome. I would be proud if you were my kid.

Prove him wrong then rub it in his face like his farts

@empanadas I live to surprise him. The advantage of being at the bottom is there's nowhere else to go but up 😌
