@SW-User The images on top is a Lamb Shank, roasted low and slow w/ a gravy over it. The other one is a "chicken stew", comprised of cooked pieces of chicken roasted red peppers and sautéed mushrooms over a mound of saffron seasoned rice, also w/ a gravy.
