I get so many hypos right now

I just tested my blood glucose and it's 3.8 right now. It is hypo but not really bad. I took lucozade and I am still feeling a little away with the fairies!
I used to go to the diabetic clinic and they would take my pump and look at the data and adjust my pump so I could keep normal, well, normalish! But the only appointments I had since the middle of my second year in college have been twice a year telephone conversations with the doctor. Just a few seconds of Yes I'm still alive! And I so often am hypo now. I need to go check again.

Up your carb intake - you need more slow release sugars it sounds like. I’m not familiar with pumps but if you can’t adjust your insulin then you’re not eating enough carb for your prescribed dose. I inject insulin so can adjust it if I want a fat day lol

@SW-User I never done that. Fat day! I just tell my pump what carbs and if I'm doing exercise and if I'm premenstrual I stuff and it works it out. I am training really hard atm. I have my life guard test in two weeks!

@Blodyn that’s probably why, you need to factor exercise. Mine are always pretty stable but if they do go wobbly it’s easy enough to adjust

@SW-User I love to talk to you. You understand our precarious lifestyle! Wobbly! I love that. And totally understand it!
