Count carbs and calories and drink a half gallon of water a day You will be amazed at the results. Nothing will work however if you are not properly motivated. Also find an exercise routine that agrees with you

Good for you, losing weight can be tough, but its so worth it!

the only way to lose weight is to take in less calories than you burn and avoid extra sugar, like bread and complex carbs for example. fish and vegetables should do the trick.
