I Need to Take Better Care of Myself

I had exams since last month and I was so stressed that I completely gave up on self improvement for a while which made me feel worse. I had been exercising for a while to lose weight which I did until I stopped because I was stressed and far too depressed to do anything. My mum kept on body shaming me which made me feel worse about myself. Anyway, my exams ended two weeks ago and since then I'm trying to get myself back into exercising again and follow a good self care routine and get the required amount of sleep. I'm taking time to take care of myself. Hopefully, I can continue doing this in the future.
