I Hate Bullies

This guy keeps bugging me at school and I cannot do anything about it. His fists are hard! Am 5.4 and that guy's like 5.0! I know it sounds stupid but am not strong I guess. Not playground bullying in class as well! Like just saying to me "Come on then come one then." But he even was saying "Punch me in the face, right here" when he made me upset. Wanted to but I didn't wanna get in trouble.
