I Want a Lover Who Is Also My Best Friend

If you want to become a close friend with someone you love, what would you tell them about you that is important for them to know?

That, I would be there for them no matter what. Also , if they need someone just to talk I'll be there to listen. Most of all, I would like to know more about them. I wouldn't tell them how much I really love them, unless I positively know it's mutual, then I will open my heart to tell them. Otherwise, I wouldn't want to lose their friendship, or acquaintances- ship.

Let them get to know you gradually so they have time to process the information. If they are bombarded with info, some may slip out. We all guard our heart and that is the one thing that others need to know.
