I think it sort of comes with the territory.
You post photos of your midsection without showing your face, and people will comment about what they do see.
Ordinarily, getting compliments on a belly button is unusual, but people compliment yours because it’s nice and it’s what’s shown. I’d think you should be flattered by it (on the other hand, if someone starts referring to you as the lady with the beautiful belly button....that would be something to rightfully be weirded out by). 😁
