I Like Jokes And Riddles

A father is driving a car. His son is with him. But suddenly, they get into a car crash. The father dies, but the son gets badly injured. The doctor comes in and says, "I can't operate on him. He's my son." How is that possible?

The son was adopted by a lesbian couple, both of whom happened to be surgeons. The biological dad had kidnapped the boy and was fleeing authorities at the time of the crash.
