I Love Life and Adventure

Life is all memory except for the one present moment that goes by so quick we can hardly catch it going.

May we find the balance of life, time for work but also time for play. Too much of one thing ends up creating stress that no one needs in their life. I want to find my balance and stand with it, to find the questions that only I know how to ask and the answers that I am content to not know.

No matter how busy we are, or how busy we think you are, the work will always be there tomorrow, but our family and friends might not be. I don't want overstretch my personal boundaries and forget that true happiness comes from living an authentic life fueled with a sense of purpose and balance.

We can smile, breathe, walk, and eat our meals in a way that allows us to be in touch with the abundance of happiness that is available. We are very good at preparing to live, but not very good at living. We know how to sacrifice ten years for a diploma and we are willing to work very hard to get a job, a car, a house, and so on. But we have difficulty remembering that we are alive in the present moment, the only moment there is for us to be alive.

"true happiness comes from living an authentic life fueled with a sense of purpose and balance" but what is our true purpose. I think in the race to move forward and progress we've forgotten that true purpose should be to live a happy life and maintain a balance for coexistence with other life. We may be an intelligent specie on our planet but we are not the good one for other life that exist with us.

@argav83 Each person defines their purpose differently. For me, I'm a believer, and I believe that true happiness does not exist in this life. There are moments of happiness, but not a lifetime. The same thing goes for sadness and other emotions as well. My purpose of life is live it as much as I can according to how God commanded me and taught me to live, and I believe that by following the teachings sent by God, our Creator, we will be able to be as best as we can be as human beings, and that includes being best to ourselves and to others around us. Plus, this life is temporary, so it would be foolish to invest all of my energy for it. My ultimate goal is to get to Paradise by the mercy of God. True happiness is only exist there and it's permanent.

@Madeleine I am sorry but I don't really believe in existence of god. My family is very spiritual and I have a lot of other spiritual people around me and I respect other's beliefs. Everyone is entitled to live their life their own way as long as they don't harm other life.
