I Have Seizures

hi, what is the cause? I watched a movie where at Harvard they used a ketogenic diet, this slowed down the seizures, am trying to remember it...

High anxiety is the biggest cause. When I get scared I start to have a seizure.

So sorry to hear that there is nothing can be done. Hopefully what @plantbased said about ketogenic diet can help you. After seizure attack, it make you very tired right? ((((hug))))

What did the doc said. Can they do something about it, so that you don't have to have it everyday ((((((Hugs))))))
