@SW-User Yeah, they were mandatory in the psych wards I stayed at. I don't have any now though, I kind of miss it. At least her anyways. She was a lot of fun. Deep rooted issues is a very real likelihood with those kinds of people. So I hope that person's nonsense didn't upset you too much.

@SW-User Hey it's okay! I could feel the emotion in this post. That's why I felt compelled to say something even if I didn't do it in the best way possible. So I apologize for that. I could have said something less open to interpretation and should have considering the state of mind you were in.
