I Want to Be Healthy

I keep thinking about starting crossfit or some kind of strength building program, but I wonder if I am too old for that stuff

While you do lose some muscle tone as you age it is very gradual. You shouldn't be there yet. A lot of our body tone is hormonal and not just from exercise. I doubt you are too old so do it if that is what you want.

@Chicacherrycola it's a recent thing, I'm doing kettle bell workouts most days. Started out with ten minute routines and am building from there.
