I Want to Be Healthy

Pictures taken during my early morning run.
[image deleted][image deleted][image deleted]Over the years, I've given myself a thousand reasons to keep running, but it always comes back to where it started. I was married to one serious long-distance marathon runner. He taught me so many things about running, that when he passed away, I didn't want his legacy to go wasted. I continued to run on my own. It helped tremendously in my healing during grief. It has kept me physically well through the years, thank God. It has become a way of practicing my spirituality. I found countless hours to reflect on life, by simply running. Most importantly, it is about proving to myself that I could do it.
I remember when I was younger and in better shape I used to jog a few miles a day and what a feeling I used to get, almost like being high, didn't feel my bidy, no pain, no strain, and now I am so far from that place, but I'm determined to do at least better than I am niw, any little bit helps

Nice shots. I know what you mean - running is my reflection time too.
