I Want to Be Healthy

I could start with stopping smoking, getting proper sleep, drinking less, exercising regularly, eating well. But that's a lot of work.

You're to young to be throwing health away...

Good plan. ^_^

Protip from someone who has quit a loooooot of bad habits and drugs: focus on one thing at a time. Don't worry about the other stuff.

Slow and consistent change will last.

Abrupt big changes will fail.

What's the most important thing you could work on first?

I ha d a stroke June of this year 10 weeks of therapy to regain use of left hand and still.Too weak to return to work. It's easier to quit smoking than to rehab from a stroke. I've done both. Good luck!

It is. But I guess it's worth a try. If even for a couple of days. The effort is worth it
