I Want to Be Healthy

I have no idea why I had a miscarriage, but some have suggested it's my vegan diet and the fact I don't eat much anyway! I have had enough minerals though, as I take a supplement every day regular as clockwork!

Miscarriages happen to people regardless of their diet. That being said if you have to supplement your diet with artificial or concentrated minerals and vitamins you need to fix your diet. Those supplements are not healthy for you or anyone else.

@hippyjoe1955 Meat eaters are found to be deficient as well because vitamins are added to meat now since soil and other things contribute to nutrient loss.
