I Want to Be Healthy

I dieted for two weeks, lost a little bit of weight, then decided to eat around 3,000 calories each day over the weekend and now I’ve piled it all back on. Welcome to my life.

It's an easy trap to fall into. I find it too easy to make a little mistake and just throw away all progress. Like "Oh, having an extra sugar in my tea? Guess I might as well having a kebab tonight then". I tried having an accountability buddy, but we didn't do each other any good, we were just bad influences

@sydne I'm sure it does for some people. As for me...I'm too indulgent and encourage others to be the same way too much!

Be easier on yourself and have more control over what and when you eat.
You can eat what you want,but in smaller portions
