I Want to Be Healthy

I'm just over two months into having a personal trainer. It's only once a week, and I still eat like a five year old dreaming, so progress has been a bit limited. But yesterday's session was better than usual.

I can lift more with my legs, my posture has improved, and when she was squeezing or highlighting which muscles I should be using more there was a lot less squish there, which I assume means there was more muscle and tone, which is about the only measure I have of success.

I'm not quite at the point where I'm doing a victory breakdance, but she was happy with my progress, and so I'm taking good vibes from that.

Oh, one more brag...new fastest speed on Sudoko this morning. Worship me, haters.

@Stereoguy Thanks a lot, man. I'm determined to get on top of the eating eventually. I would love to do the trainer more often, but can't afford it at the moment. But she's awesome and has provided me workout plans for the other days that I want to start getting to
