I Want to Be Healthy
Don't we all want to be healthy and enjoy life? I'm glad that I'm doing something new for myself for this year. I now exercise twice a day, one hour in the morning and one hour at night. Plus, I'm eating healthier and staying away from all the high calorie junk foods. And so far, it's working and helping me look and feel better about myself. I plan to do this until I reach my goal weight.
