I Want to Be Healthy
Today was a good day. I started out jogging 3 miles this morning. Then had oatmeal and wheat bread for toast. Later I ate an apple while cleaning. For lunch I had haddock and white rice. By the afternoon I did some yoga before doing my workout at the gym. For supper I had broccoli with one baked potato. By the end of the day, I drank a total of 8 waters with my meals, and during my meals. And that was my day.
