I’m not a gym bunny , so just drastically reduced my carbohydrates intake to only natural not processed carbs , and increased my protein levels , and portion sizes , and just walk regularly , and swim twice a week , I comfortably live on 750-900 calories max a day ,had some success loosing weight and at a slow rate , maybe really only now only loosing 1-3kgs a month , I’m comfortable with this and it’s less stressful and I hope with this method to keep the weight off more successfully

@Wishingwellguy Woah now. 750-900 calories a day? That is a huge calorie deficit. Dunno how big you are, but if your BMR is 2,000 calories a day, that's a 37%-45% deficit. Not counting the physical exercise, which will be another 10%, 15%, 20% off the top.

They recommend 15-25% calorie deficit. :O

You're not, like, starving every day?

I was over 187kg , with the help of WLS , and this program in now 108kgs , I think unless you have a very active lifestyle or job , I’ve proved you can live heathly on 750-900 calories , with the correct supplements support too
67% of most people’s food and calories intake is excess carbs , with the right sleep pattern to helps , I’ve proven with being involved in a research project , we loose as much excess calories when we sleep as 17 mins cardio in a gym , because the first 6 mins is just burning of excess calories

Cutting firewood,gardening,yard work.
Doesn't help much in winter though, I just eat!

My job involves regular motion. That helps. So does eating healthier most (not all) of the time
