Ah no. I know how you feel! I care too much about people and end up getting over bearing so I kinda resided in not keeping people to close lol
JammieDodgerHeart · 26-30, F
@Gangstress I wish these things weren't so complicated lol

@Gangstress thanks :) 🤗
There is nothing wrong with being "too" caring. The issue is to whom are you being caring. It is right if its for someone who reciprocates but pointless if wasted on someone who doesn't.

@Anonymartyr thank you, you are right. I never feel I wasted time on caring for anybody though even if it hasn't been reciprocated
@JammieDodgerHeart Whether they treat me back the same or "pay it forward" to others, I consider that reciprocated. But one person has too few resources to be generous with USERS and psychological vampires. Don't help others who will harm others, and remember that lots of people just want attention, not solutions or real help.Tipping is not generosity- its an excuse for employers to pay less per hour for the hard work of heir employees. You can calculate your wages for the upcoming year (unless you lose your job) but you cannot count on tips. There is real and false generosity. Donating to a charitable institute rarely results in those needing that charity being helped, usually only the institute itself benefits from these donations. ETC.

@Anonymartyr thanks for your thoughts, I'll take them into consideration
