@USAalltheway you and Sicarius are using a false premise... of course they don't take everyone -- you will be denied for intelligence, academic, juvenile record, mental illness, drugs, etc -- and of course transgenders, males and females, should meet the criteria that everyone has to meet -- but whether you identify as male or female should not be relevant.

@katielass Yeah, transgenders just want to join the military to get the taxpayer to pay for their sex change. The taxpayers get nothing at all in return. And therefore transgenders should be banned from the military.

Agreed. The part I find most infuriating is - "in no capacity"- so talented, patriotic people can't work behind the lines or in intelligence or anything. So we become a better, stronger country by excluding people ? I don't think so!
