I Battle Depression and Anxiety

How can I tell my parents that I'm a thousand percent sure I have GAD, Panic Disorder, and Agoraphobia?

By getting a diagnosis

The other posters are right; get a diagnosis from a doctor or psychiatrist.

The thing is, I'd need to tell my parents before I get an official diagnosis so that they could take me to the doctor. I just don't know how to tell them since I've already mentioned to them that I have panic attacks, and they've been next to me while I had one, but they seem unconcerned. I'm just afraid if I tell them that they'll just brush it off and blame it on me looking at a list of symptoms online and diagnosing myself, convincing myself that I have a mental disorder.
I don't know...

@TamTenn: Tell them you think a consultation with a doctor might help you to better know how to handle your panic, anxiety and fears. Don't mention medical or psychological terminology or mention a possible diagnosis. Just say that your panic attacks are very miserable and that you think a doctor might know a technique or medication that would help you handle them. Adolescence can be a difficult time in terms of psychological, social and physical changes so don't assume you have a pathological condition just because you are suffering. But tell your parents a professional might be able to advise you how to handle your feelings better.

@greenmountaingal: Okay, thank you.
Did you see a doctor?
