I Battle Depression and Anxiety

Can someone please tell me how to stop overthinking?

Try to focus on what's going on in the present. If you get distracted in your mind, note the thought or feeling and the quality of it. Like: this is a negative thought. Etc. It sounds silly but sometimes it helps to look at it objectively, and then just try to return to what you're doing.

It's not easy. It's very easy to get lost in thought and give into it.

Another thing I'd say is having someone to talk to about it.

Exercise is good for anxiety as well. Try to eat and sleep healthily. There's no one solution. It will always be there but you can do your best to overcome it so you can still enjoy life.
