I Like to Read

'I'll just read one more chapter.' I've been saying that to myself since I was quite young and missed out on sleep and been late for appointments because of it. I've never tried ebooks, but the real thing in my hand, the turning of the page and progressing forward is part of the experience. 19th Century novels or modern, I have devoured them over the years.

Sadly these days it is more of a struggle to concentrate and I wonder if the internet, TV on demand etc has taken its toll on my brain? Nevertheless, I'll keep on reading books, just more slowly.
