I Wear My Pyjamas All Day Sometimes

When I was much younger, my older sister was kicking up a fuss and being awkward because she did not want to wear tights to school. And because I was in awe of her, I went along with her tantrum and refused to get dressed for school either.

Anyway, the outcome of our little protest was that our mum made us clean our teeth, brush our hair . . . then get in the car dressed in our pyjamas and slippers 😠

Two tearful and red-faced little girls apologised to their mum at the end of the school drive, before getting changed into the clothes they should have put on an hour earlier.

I sometimes wish I could stay in my pyjamas all day, but I am glad I did not have to on that occasion 😔
