I love eggs and tuna. It's an odd combo but I make tuna salad with yogurt dressing in lieu of mayo and sprinkle light crumblings of tuna salad over scrambled egg whites.

Lions mane mushrooms cooked like crab meat. Its not the tastiest but I feel so good when I eat it. It heals my tummy and makes me peaceful.
