Am really a coffee drinker but I find a cup of tea with a couple of sugars makes me feel better if I dont feel well

Black Tea and Breakfast tea are my favorites. Like coffee, they are my "Thinking" beverages. I always figure things out and clear my head with a good cup of tea.

I had two sugars for years,then changed that about 6 years ago to one...tastes just as good( is one big heapful though🤣)
