馃檵Hope your New Year's is the best ever and the start of something spectacular.馃馃グ馃槑
"Spectacular"
The photographer did not want her to pose-
Desiring natural, impromptu expressions and mood.
She, feeling awkward and self-conscience, made a face at him, tongue stuck out,
Just so.
"Snap! " Zoom! "Snap, " was all that his camera said.
She impulsively covers her head with the towel, fresh from the shower room,
Peeking out from underneath, ready for the next face-
He sits his camera down, and advances towards her, ready to scold.
She makes a mad dash for the camera, grabbing it, surprised at it's bulkiness and weight-
And snaps his picture teasingly, one after another in succession...
Him, never in front of the lens, always the one behind it.
They were quite good actually, His tanned body revealing the tattoo on his chest,
peeking out from the open, faded denim shirt.
Ok, his look told her, time to reverse roles again, time to open up-
Time to blossom like the Rose that she is, buds on the verge of becoming
nothing short of Spectacular!
