I Have Anxiety

My roommate's mom is staying the night and brought her dog. We aren't allowed to have animal here and can get into trouble. (Not sure how much we'd get into though.) Plus my kitty, who I have a letter from a doctor to be here, is terrified of dogs. I'm nervous and my kitty is going to be very sad/scared...

If it's just for one night, try to keep the kitty near you and just get through the night. But...how often will this happen? That's the conversation you need to have with your roommate.
