I get that sometimes. I find getting out of bed and stretching everything as hard and far as you can go makes you yawn. Arms, legs, fingers, toes, back, neck...it only takes 2 mins and you can even do it in bed. I do it and yawn and repeat if necessary and most of the time I fall asleep.
