I Have Anxiety

I couldn’t handle it anymore so I look off in the car. After driving for awhile I stopped in a parking lot and here I am. Being alone is wonderful and terrifying at the same time. I think I’ll stay here for awhile. When I decide to move again I don’t know where I will go. Thank you for reading.

Be safe and keep in touch with a loved one (i.e. mother, sister) via phone, so they don't worry and know you are okay.
