I Have Anxiety

No, it hasn’t gone away.

Will I ever find a job again? Will this relationship work out? I ask myself those questions and I fear the future.

Anxiety tends to feed on itself. You will fine another job, you're good at what you do. Time will tell re the relationship, but you must have a few clues by now about how it's going and if it's better than it was the first time around.

@diablesse You are right. The anxiety is actually a problem in itself. I could have the most perfect life on the planet, and my mind would still find some reason to be anxious.

So far, Mr. Kat and I are doing pretty well.

@SmartKat So that's one less thing to worry about.

Just keep your mind distracted, and maybe go for a jog or to the gym, exercise tends to lower cortisol levels in the blood.

I wish you didn't stress over things there are no answers to right now. It's draining and brings such negativity into your life. You can't know most of it yet. Worrying can paralyze us

And by "Now" I mean at this very instant. Most likely it's fine and there is no idea what life will be like a second from now so stop worrying about it.

I was dieting one time and the anxiety got really bad. Had an order of french fries and it cleared up immediately. Might be worth a try.
