Find a product called Calm (powdered magnesium citrate) and take as directed on the bottle. Do not exceed 500 mg/day without a doctor's OK. Expect a certain amount of GI "upset (read: the shits)" for the first couple of days.

@SmartKat oh wow ... sorry thats not good! I know several people who use it for anxiety and really helps them. practiced Meditation also helps good to go to a class to learn how to do it properly... but take lots of practice for it to become effective. Good luck
