I Have Anxiety

I usually do not have trouble getting my application through the ATS because even though I’m a recent graduate, I was very involved in student organizations and took leadership roles in addition to also having four internships and completed a certification that usually only professionals in my field can get. My struggle comes when I’m interviewing because i get interviewing anxiety, and I believe it’s the reason why i have been having so much trouble getting a job and starting my career. I’m trying really hard to calmn myself and speak clearly and at a good pace, but I still find myself freezing - having an awkward moment of silence or stuttering.
