I Have Anxiety

Does anyone else have terrible phone anxiety? I don't answer my phone unless I'm expecting a call or know the number. I find it very hard to listen to voicemails and phoning people back is something I have to psyche myself up for. Ugh :(

@Bluewind That's a good idea actually, except that might mean more calls and that's just as anxiety inducing for me :/
