I Have Anxiety

Tomorrow, having an appointment to see my GP.. lately, I been struggling , to stay balanced,my emotions are playing-up, I know my problems, but don't know how to get rid of them, except with medicine..
CBT's good (cognitive behavioural therapy). Works with your brain in finding triggers for thought processes and changing them at the root. So if you have a tendency to spiral out into negative thoughts it trains you to take a different pathway.
So it's changing the physical pathways of your brain as the brain always takes the road most travelled. Helped me anyway with my depression/anxiety.

Its very hard to get such anxiety out of the Centre of your life, iT seems to rule your Life, but its my experience that being active helps more than pills: walking, visiting concerts, museums, talking new people and concentrating on other Things are the best way to give the Anxiety more and more a little place out of the Centre of your thoughts and feelings.

I took pills for over 2 years but the most effective way to fight it was to keep busy at all time. I managed to beat it, that was about 19 years ago. I wish you good luck and a lot of strength.

I know that feeling believe me and I have an appointment at 11 this morning , I walk around like a walking chemist shop lol , try to do what makes you happy and if the medication helps then that's a good thing, best wishes

I take a single pill on a daily basis. Yes, that helps, but nothing is more beneficial than an hour a week with a therapist.
