no tasha acts like a 5 year old most the time so bribes dont really work with her

It can be difficult ... but I found a good routine before helps .... give them.a chance to get some physical activity in then move to something stationary like reading a book or listening get to music ..... I used to tell them it was bed time you don't have to sleep but you have to stay in bed with your head on the pillows ....

But even with all the tricks and advice in the world there are just some days ......

My 4 year old is hilarious getting to bed. She always thinks she's missing something and pops down stairs, like we didn't hear her and catches us......doing absolutely nothing of significance. We bribe the 12 year old. That doesn't work for ya?

It's ok to let them have exceptions as long as they are not disturbing others .... we want the same in reverse .... that night they all are down early without any effort ..... piece and calm ..... they are rare but can happen ....
