Have you tried yoga? If not , I strongly recommend you try taking it up and if you stick at it and do a daily yoga practice, after a while you may find it helps you to sleep a lot better.

I make a note not to try to do something as it tends to lead only in trying. If I couldn’t get to sleep I wouldn’t resist by trying.

Maybe your sleeping issues are related to a lack of movement and sport activities? Sorry if this reply is uber-smart.

Are you on medication? Or suffering any mental illnesses?
Chasingthesun · 46-50, F
@SW-User I'm on 8 prescriptions due to Gastric intestinal issues. I'm schizophrenic and bipolar and PTSD but no psychotic medication needed

Oh that sounds like a lot to cope with! I guess if your doc has said they can’t do anymore you need to take a holistic approach..diet, exercise, relaxation, routines..You might have tried it I guess @Chasingthesun

Sorry.
What often helps me is getting naughty with myself. The release puts me to sleep after.
