I Am In High School

I am a Teaching assistant (TA) in my old school. Just one day a week while I’m in college. But now we work two days every other week. I just finished. Back Monday. The kids are there 8 til 6. Kids whose parents are key workers. My school is next door to a hospital so a lot of the parents work there but some are kids of postal workers. When we remember the nhs staff remember their kids too. It’s a long day. Remember the postmen and postwomen, the shopworkers, the policemen and women, everyone who is out there working too. Sean Rafferty on Radio 3 said last night we were all going to be in. And I thought no, some are going out on the night shift.
