I found a news story I read fascinating in that it fairly clearly depicts what sort of people people are.

A beautiful young woman in a country where lextalionis is practiced was disfigured and blinded by a jilted suitor throwing acid in her face. The law permitted like for like and she chose to have acid poured on his eyes and face.

But when the day of legal administering of the sentence arrived, she couldn’t go through with it and retracted her permission.

He was an acid thrower and she wasn’t. She can sit by me any day.

If I drew comics...I'd have a character that name....
"Lextalionis is coming for you!".....

I'm going to have to remember that one! LOL
