I sometimes get easily irritated for no reason, like when someone is breathing quite loud...

I hate when I get like that. Like this guy was having some allergy issues and I was getting annoyed and frustrated ando didn’t want to be. It happens with people I love and care about simple questions will trigger a stressful feeling of annoyance and I dint want it to be.

It's kinda rude and selfish to tell someone to stop breathing for a couple of hours.
