I Have a Confession

I don't know if I should say it or not.. But I have been holding this inside me for years and I always lie about it like it's nothing..brushing it off and acting cool about it.

I want to vent and spill it all out but then to what kind of person should I say it to?
Then this question came to my mind,
[i][i][b]is it okay for me to vent on anyone? Does venting have to be linked with trust?[/b][/i][/i]
