I Have a Confession

I was out running this evening and suddenly realised I needed to do a 'Paula Radcliffe'. So... I squatted by the side of the road and let go just as a car came round the corner, headlights twinkling through the mist rising from my golden stream. As the car passed me I smiled sweetly and waved at the leering eyes of the very young driver... then watched, astonished, as he drove into the hedge. I'm really sorry I ran away, whoever you are.

i am incontinent and was out for a walk with my girl friend and i went to the loo so we went into some bushes and she helped me get cleaned up there was people walking by on the path and could hear what she was saying i bet they thought we was doing some thing else as she said take your pants off

Scottish marathon runner and former Olympic medal winner and Comonwealth Champion... Famously during the London Marathon had to 'take a comfort break' by the side of the road in full glare of the TV cameras. I bet you could google it/her!
