I Have Plantar Fasciitis

After working all Black Friday weekend, the foot gave out. Lots of pain, swelling and difficulty walking this morning. I’ve iced it, wrapped it in a tensor and elevated it. I can stumble around the house now, but called in to work to let them know I won’t be in today
