I Am Not As Innocent As People Think I Am
As a baptised Sikh I have done things... Like gambling! "Bro is a good person, Bro's father is also good person, heart of Gold" (he definitely is)!
Unfortunately am NOTHING like me old man. See, my father hit it big time with his partnership Business. 15 years to reach n another x years to progress... Seven days! 365 DAYS! AND LOOOONG ASS hours since it opened! A factory business.
After leaving parents at 22 I went to the factory and was a pattern cutter. Unfortunately 4 yrs later the machines COMPLETELY went due to advance knitting machines, and I was not required t cut anything. Still at factory I was a General Operator ONLY! NO MACHINES, NO TITLE, NO NOTHING!!!
Even colleagues appreciated, looked up and know my well respected nature. "Give this guy hell he ain't gonna back chat or shout. Hell! He just like his father!"
A year or G.O. and listening to everyone being the boss of me, I started pranking the place; mix up orders where knitters were blamed, secretly send unpressed garments where pressers were blamed n a few things in the canteen. It was like breathing air in a suffocating room.
At the end of 2015 I started gambling online. Stopped at Feb 2017 after winning a LIFE CHANGING sum. IF my former colleagues or fam find out I gambled (especially being a baptised Sikh)... THEY will b shocked regardless of the outcome.
I wasted no time. Invested money in me own Business and it's doing well! Every year am dealing with easily over half a million (sadly, Sales turnover) but still see a decent profit. My hours set are across 7 days but no longer LONG hours. Unlike me old man n his Business partner, I could afford to reduce the hours n spend valuable time on hobbies n me wife, who is now in UK. Unlike wha my father gave me a title in his own factory, my wife is the admin of my Business n ONLY person I share the Business' profit/ loss per month (she does no work on it but I keep her in d loop).
We live in a 3 bedroom house but can afford a house in the countryside (UK). OH! N she doesn't know about the gambling. AT. ALL.
